You find a lot of oyster love in Navy Cove. These beautifully farmed oysters are constantly bathed by tidal exchanges between the Gulf of Mexico and Mobile Bay. They are characterized by an umami of moderate brine, a rich, creamy, buttery texture, and sweet, cucumber-like finish.

INSTRUCTIONS/STORAGE

Our fresh oysters are shipped with ice packs to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. Upon arrival, simply place them on ice and refrigerate. They will keep for up to 10 days in the fridge - don't freeze them, though, or you'll ruin all that briny goodness!
